PRE-ORDERS (EXCLUDING THE MB CONFIGURATOR)

Bremont Concierge Service will contact you within 7 working days to discuss the manufacture and delivery process for your individually crafted watch.When a delivery date is available, Bremont will contact the customer to confirm their desired shipping destination or collection from a Bremont Boutique or Bremont Head Office.

Bremont Concierge can be contacted at concierge@bremont.com.Once an order has been confirmed by Bremont, the receipt of a pre-order deposit will secure a timepiece for a customer until the watch has been made and then for a period of 8 weeks from notification by Bremont Concierge that it is ready to be shipped. By the end of this time, the customer must have confirmed all the delivery details required for shipping the watch or collection from a Bremont Boutique. If the 8 week period elapses without this information, the timepiece that had been secured will become available for another customer to purchase and the original deposit will be returned less a 20% administration fee.

ORDERS USING THE MB CONFIGURATOR

Bremont Concierge Service will contact you within 7 working days to discuss the manufacture and delivery process for your individually custom made MB watch.

When a delivery date is available, Bremont will contact the customer to confirm their desired shipping destination or collection from a Bremont Boutique or Bremont Head Office. Bremont Concierge can be contacted at concierge@bremont.com.

Once an order has been completed by Bremont the payment is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled unless specifically by agreement with Bremont. The full payment and order will secure a timepiece for a customer until the watch has been made and then for a period of 8 weeks from notification by Bremont Concierge that it is ready to be shipped. By the end of this time, the customer must have confirmed all the delivery details required for shipping the watch or collection from a Bremont Boutique.

The website design and content – including but not limited to all text, graphics, information and other material – that is presented on or readily downloadable from this website are either property of, or displayed with prior permission by, Bremont Watch Company Limited. This website’s content may not be used outside the use permissible by these terms and conditions unless written approval has been granted by Bremont. You agree to refrain from any activity that could cause damage to this website. You agree to not access or attempt to access other users’ account information. You also agree that you will not breach nor attempt to breach any security measure enforced on this website.

TERMS OF SALE

All sale and purchase contracts concluded through the use of this website will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by English Law.

The full payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card at the time of placing your order, of which details must be given at the time of placing your order.

Through ordering goods from this website, you agree to allow Bremont to verify your card details with your card issuer. We will do our best to ensure that any such checks are completed as soon as is reasonably possible. However, please note that we refuse to take responsibility for any delays caused by undertaking such checks.

You will receive an email of acknowledgement confirming the receipt of your order soon after its submission by you. However, please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us shall not be formed until we send confirmation via email, declaring the dispatch of your goods. You are therefore permitted to cancel your order at any stage before receiving this confirmation email of dispatch.

We do our best to ensure that the information presented to you on this website is accurate (please see section titled “Information Accuracy”). However, please note that under the circumstances upon which information inaccuracies are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse your order at any point and will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible where that is the case.

Dispatch times will vary according to availability. If dispatch is affected by delays resulting from postal issues or other causes outside our control, you agree to not hold us responsible for such inconveniences.

Listed prices on this website are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT as well as shipping charges. When purchasing goods from outside of the United Kingdom, all payments will be taken in this currency.

If you are a non UK resident and your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, please contact our Concierge team on concierge@bremont.com who will be able to provide you with a custom quote for shipping. If UK VAT is not applicable to the destination country, this will be removed and local duties and taxes will be added in lieu.

We do our best to ensure that all information displayed on this website is complete, current and accurate. Please note that all product weights, measurements and specifications are approximate and are only listed for customer convenience. We attempt to display all product colours on this website accurately, however please note that the colour seen by you will be subject to the display settings on your personal device used to access this website. We cannot therefore guarantee that an accurate representation of product colours can be seen by you. Similarly, it is possible for us to experience marginal colour variants between orders from our suppliers, particularly with our leather goods, due to natural colour variants in different parts of the hide. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Bremont accepts returns on all items within 30 days of receipt. The acceptance of every return is dependent upon the following conditions:

Before returning or attempting to exchange any items purchased from the online boutique, you must email customerservice@bremont.com to receive a reference number that must then be displayed on the outer packaging of the return item.

Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it is received by you, defining this condition as: new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging; with all supplied papers; and with any supplied, qualifying Gift With Purchase. Please note: Bremont inspects all products for quality assurance immediately prior to despatch.

You take responsibility for the safe and secure return of any unwanted goods, agreeing that Bremont is not liable for any adjustments or damages made by a third party.

Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and or is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.

You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical condition as received. However, please note that Bremont is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with additional postage and or other despatch costs of the exchange item).

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.

Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.

These damages include without limitation those arising from lost profits, lost data or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Once an order has been confirmed by Bremont, the receipt of a non-refundable deposit will secure a Limited Edition piece for a customer until the watch has been made, and then for period of 12 weeks from notification that it is ready for collection. By the end of this time, the piece should have been paid for in full and collected or shipped. In some circumstances (eg the customer being abroad) we can hold the piece for longer but only if we have been notified in advance and the watch has been paid for in full. If the 12 week period elapses, and the balance has not been paid, the piece that had been secured will become available for another customer to purchase and the original deposit will be forfeited.

All trade marks, logos and service marks Including product names) presented on this website are both registered and unregistered trademarks of Bremont or are licensed for use by Bremont by third party organizations. How to be featured by Bremont Watches Social Media

Social Media Upload your photo/video on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or Twitter and tag @Bremontwatches and #MyBremont to alert us to your post. Your profile must be set to public in order for us to view your photo.

If your photo is chosen by Bremont you will receive a reply to your post from @Bremontwatches’ account, asking for your permission to publish your photo. Please reply with #YESBremont to give your permission and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Bremont’s Privacy Policy. (a link to which will be provided to you in our reply to your post). Your social media account name will be displayed alongside your photo.

How will Bremont use your photo and other information provided?

You will retain legal ownership of any rights you own (including copyright) in any photo you upload. However, by replying #YESBremont you grant to Bremont a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable license to use the photo in the manner set out below.

We may use your photo on Bremont’s webpages, including product pages and in editorial and advertising content.

All uploaded photos are moderated by Bremont. We will not select for publication photos that contain any of the following content:

Abusive Imagery: do not upload any images that could reasonably be considered as harmful, threatening or violent, harassing, abusive, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, discriminatory, profane or bullying.
