TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The competition is open to United States legal residents with a valid email address. Entrants must be aged 18 and over, and each entrant is permitted one entry only.

To enter, an entrant must submit a duly completed official competition entry form to “win a flight in the Bremont Seaplane over Manhattan” from the September 4th 2020 to September 30th 2020. There is no fee or purchase requirement to enter.

Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

An official competition entry form may be submitted either (i) through the Bremont website, (ii) an ad served from the Bremont Watches Facebook page, or (iii) @bremontwatches Instagram account. All requested information in the competition entry form must be completed. Bremont reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

All entries must be received by midnight BST on September 30th 2020, and the winners will be contacted on October 1st 2020.

The winning entries will be chosen at random from all accepted entries by way of a prize draw to be undertaken internally by Bremont. The odds of winning will depend upon the ultimate number of eligible entries submitted to and accepted by Bremont.

The winner must make arrangements for their own travel to and stay in New York if necessary and at their own cost. No travel or accommodation will be provided by Bremont, and no travel insurance will be provided by Bremont to the winner.

The flight will be both weather dependent and subject to cancellation by Bremont for any reason. No compensation or cash equivalent payment is payable in the event of cancellation.

Flight participation is subject to height and weight restrictions. No compensation or cash equivalent payment is payable in the event the winner is unable to meet such restrictions.

Flight participation is also subject to the rules and conditions specified by Bremont, which include the winner confirming eligibility, as well as the winner signing a non-negotiable publicity release and activity liability waiver. The failure to timely adhere to any such rules and conditions, or to accept such publicity release and activity liability waiver will result in the flight cancellation by Bremont at any time without compensation or any obligation to pay any cash equivalent to the winner. Bremont reserves the right to impose other conditions and terms to the prize at any time in its absolute discretion.

No compensation or cash equivalent is payable for any winner who is unable to travel on the notified date for any reason and the prize is not transferable. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to all or any elements of the prize.

The winner will be notified via email to the email address given in their competition entry form.

Entrants who are not contactable or do not respond by 5pm BST on 4th October 2020 after reasonable means (using the contact details provided by the entrant), or who fail to meet any of the eligibility requirements above will be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize, and the draw as to that winner will be reperformed with the prize awarded to another entrant. No compensation for any loss of the prize in the circumstances listed above or otherwise is payable.

By submitting your personal information to Bremont in your competition entry form, you agree to Bremont’s use of the same for the purposes envisaged hereby and for wider marketing communications. All personal information and data collected by us from and as a result of your entry into this competition will be held by us and may be used by us under and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on our website (www.bremont.com).

Any tax liability which attaches to winners as a result of winning the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

It is intended that the flight will take place within the first two weeks of October 2020, on a non-negotiable date to be fixed by Bremont. Due to the current situation afforded by the Coronavirus pandemic, Bremont reserves the right to adjust the date accordingly and inform the winner of when a more suitable time can be found for the flight although as above, if the winner is unable to make any such alternative date, no compensation or cash equivalent payment is payable.
