• Co-op incentive with Jared in North America for the two top sales associates for Bremont, from 21^st August through to 25^th September 2018, to win a ticket each to the Venom premiere in LA on 3rd October 2018
• Where two sales associates have sold the same number of units, the individual with the highest monetary value will win and where monetary values are the same, will be selected by lottery draw made internally by Bremont (no external invigilation will feature)
• The prize includes round-trip coach flight tickets within North America to Los Angeles for winners and a room for an overnight stay at a luxury hotel in LA including breakfast

The competition is open to Jared stores staff across North America who stock Bremont timepieces

Only one entry per person upon submission of number of Bremont watch sales made from 21st August through to 24th September 2018.

Entrants must be aged 18 and over

Competition entry is via completion and submission of an official competition form that Bremont will supply to Jared (unless Jared wishes to draft their own for Bremont’s approval). All requested information must be completed. Each watch sold during the competition period must be registered to qualify. Bremont reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion

All entries must be received by End of Business Day EST on Monday 24^th September 2018. Winner announced by Wednesday 26th September 2018

The winning entries will be chosen on the basis of most number of Bremont sales made and will be undertaken internally by Jared on behalf of Bremont. No external invigilation will feature

The trip is to be taken between 2^nd and 4^th October 2018; no compensation or cash equivalent is payable for any winner who is unable to travel between such dates for any reason and the prize is not transferable Flights and accommodation will be booked by Bremont at the company’s sole discretion. Hotel accommodation will include breakfast (no lunches or dinners during the trip are included). All additional hotel expenses including room service etc and all alcoholic and other drinks ordered are for winners’ own account. Cost of travel to and from airports and within LA to and from hotel to cinema etc are for winner’s own account. No compensation is payable if meals included in the accommodation booking are not taken for any reason

Round-trip flights will be from and to winners’ hub airport(s) specified by each winner

Travel insurance not included

Any tax liability which attaches to winners as a result of winning the prize are for winner’s sole account

Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted

The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to all or any elements of the same

The winner will be notified by the store manager of their respective location

Entrants who are not contactable or do not respond by Friday 28th September 2018 after reasonable means (using the contact details provided by the entrant), or who fail to meet any of the eligibility requirements above will be disqualified, lose their entitlement to the prize and the prize will be awarded to the next winner in line. No compensation for any loss of the prize in the circumstances listed above or otherwise howsoever is payable

By submitting your personal information to Bremont in your competition entry form, you agree to Bremont’s use of the same for the purposes envisaged hereby [and for wider marketing communications]. All personal information and data collected by us from and as a result of your entry into this competition will be held by us and may be used by us under and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on our website (www.bremont.com).

Bremont reserves the right to impose other conditions and terms to the prize at any time in its absolute discretion. Failure to adhere to competition terms and conditions at any time may lead to Bremont cancelling the prize or any part thereof in its absolute discretion with no obligation to pay compensation or offer any form of cash equivalent

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: all entrants (including without limitation, Winner on behalf of Winner and guest) hereby forever and irrevocably agree to release, waive, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bremont, Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc. and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, judgments, injuries, costs, losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising from, resulting from or in connection with the Competition or the entry, participation or inability to participate in the Competition, the acceptance, attendance, travel-related to, use, misuse, inability to use, defect or delivery of the prize (or any components thereof), any error in the Competition rules or any marketing material with respect to the Competition, and any breach by Bremont with respect to the Competition.
