Great Britain has a wonderful history when it comes to watch making and has probably been the home to more advances in horology than any other nation. Bremont is determined to play a pivotal role in the reinvigoration of this industry on British shores and as a result, Bremont manufactures parts at its Parts Manufacturing Facility and every Bremont is hand-build and tested before leaving the Henley-on-Thames workshop.

Description

The Altitude MB Meteor 'Felix the Cat' brings together Bremont's aviation heritage with the unmistakable mischievous spirit of one of the world’s most enduring icons. Closely associated with U.S. Navy aviation squadrons, Felix the Cat has long symbolised courage, good luck and fearless adventure in the skies. Limited to just 500 pieces worldwide and engineered to withstand the extreme testing of Martin-Baker ejection seats, this unique watch celebrates a legacy built on precision, durability, and character.

The 42mm Trip-Tick case is crafted from Grade 2 titanium and finished in tactical stealth black DLC, with a knurled PVD titanium barrel and matching crowns. The stealth black dial features applied numerals and indexes filled with high-grade white Super-LumiNova® for maximum clarity, while Felix the Cat appears directly on the dial, cheekily running away with the number 6. Bright yellow accents – inspired by real-world flight safety markings – bring contrast and energy, including the iconic looped ‘ejection’ pull-handle seconds hand, a signature of our MB watches.

The bi-directional inner bezel is operated via our Roto-Click mechanism using the crown at 4 o’clock, delivering the precise, tactile action expected from the MB series. Inside, our BB14 automatic movement offers a 68-hour power reserve and is suspended within a shock-absorbing mount with anti-magnetic shielding.

Turn the watch over to reveal an open case-back with Felix-inspired decoration and the movement’s gunmetal grey finishing with Geneva Stripes.

Available with a matt black DLC titanium bracelet with quick-release functionality, or a textured black leather strap with box-stitch detailing.

Stealth Black Finish

Crafted in lightweight Grade 2 titanium with a tactical Stealth Black finish to absorb light and cut glare. Clean, sculptural, and dramatic, it creates a canvas where every angle, curve and negative space can be appreciated.

An Iconic Combination

Both executed in their original black and yellow, the Felix the Cat artwork is applied directly onto the stealth black dial, cheekily running away with the number 6, and the “ejection” pull handle on the seconds hand nods to cockpit safety markings and Bremont’s extreme testing partnership with ejection-seat Martin- Baker.

The Altitude MB Meteor ‘Felix the Cat’ is powered by the BB14 automatic movement, delivering a 68-hour power reserve and exceptional mechanical reliability. Finished in gunmetal grey with Geneva Stripes, the movement is visible through an open case-back, featuring Felix the Cat artwork.

ANTI-SHOCK & ANTI-MAGNETIC

Inside the case, the movement is suspended within a flexible rubber mount to absorb shocks and minimise impacts. Surrounding it, a soft iron ring provides anti-magnetic protection based on Faraday Cage principles — ensuring precision and reliability even in the most hostile environments.
